Hi, I can’t begin to tell you how impressed I am with the staff at your Salisbury site in Adelaide. They all seem so happy to work there. I’m currently sitting in reception awaiting a minor car repair, and just listening to the way they interact with customers and each other is commendable. Good old fashioned customer service.

As a customer, I am writing to compliment Aussie RV & Caravan Repairs on every aspect of my dealings with the company, in particular, the Brisbane factory, and the agent Peter. My campervan was subject to a hailstorm on 25 October in the South Downs area of Queensland. Hail the size of small tennis balls hit the area with catastrophic effects. Within two days, an agent travelled from Brisbane, 2 hours away, examined our vehicle and offered to collect our vehicle promptly. As we were travelling and wished to get back to our home, we asked if the vehicle could be collected from our home – no problem. Within a week, the vehicle had been collected and assessed, and was awaiting the tick-off form our insurer.

At all times the representative was in contact, informed us of developments, I am convinced took the greatest of care of our vehicle, and returned it to us in as new condition. I could not be more satisfied with the service provided, the professionalism of that service and the consideration afforded to a worried customer. At no time were my enquiries ever considered a nuisance, the attention to detail was excellent, and I am confident that this company provides the highest standard of service, to the extent that if makes me proud that this is an Australian company.

Thank you for providing great service in the repair of my car. The communication has been clear and timely throughout. I was asked if I was being picked up by someone when I dropped my car off at Aussie Hail as I was planning on walking to pick up my hire car and was told my insurance covers a taxi to that location – which my insurer did not tell me! Taxi was booked for pick up and dropping off the hire car.
My car has also been cleaned inside and out. Lovely. Thank you.

I would like to thank the team at Aussie Hail Wetherill Park for the repairs to my 6-week-old car. I was devastated when it was damaged in a severe hailstorm in January 2022.

They took the time to explain the process while assessing my vehicle. The reception staff were friendly and helpful from the day of the assessment to the pick-up when repairs were finalised.

I would recommend this company as my car was clean and looks like a new car all over again. I’m very happy.
